About KCIC's Islamic School

We offer a comprehensive Sunday school program designed to provide our children with a foundational Islamic education from ages 5-17. Our curriculum covers essential subjects including Quran, Islamic Studies, Prayer, and Arabic language instruction, focusing on the Arabic alphabet to enable students to read the Quran proficiently.

Our school features six classrooms and serves 60 students. Our vision is to help our children understand and appreciate their religion, heritage, identity, and culture.

In addition to the core subjects, our students enjoy a diverse range of extracurricular activities. These include educational field trips, recreational activities, academic contests, and Islamic celebrations featuring student performances. These activities are designed to enrich the educational experience and foster a strong sense of community and cultural pride.

Kurdish Community Islamic Center

KCIC also known as Masjid Ashty is a Sunni based mosque. located in San Diego area KCIC opens it doors to everyone. We offer multiple different services and programs to help reach our community. Our Masjid is open from Fajr to Isha. Need more information contact us!
